My first visit was a wonderful experience! Lily is an amazing hygienist gentle, thorough, and so friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. Dr. Garrett and his assistant were also excellent. I had to come back to have a small area under a sealant adjusted, and he fixed it without any anesthetic. It was quick, painless, and showed how skilled and caring he is. I'm so glad I found this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that truly cares about their patients!

I've been coming to Dr. Garrett's office for many years. He does a great job with all my dental needs -- oral exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, etc. His staff is incredible as well including the receptionists, hygienists, and technicians. Everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable and accommodating. They all strive to make your experience as pleasant as possible. The practice is very current on all the latest technologies from digital x-rays, cleanings, cancer screening, oral photography, crowns made in-house, implants, you name it. I'd recommend Wilmington Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Garrett and his team are some of the most caring and genuine people I know in the Dentistry area in Wilmington nc. They truly care and do everything in their power to help resolve your tooth pain or needs. I Highly Recommend you check them out first.

Dr. Garrett and his whole office is amazing! Recently took my 7 year old to have a filling done and it couldn’t have been easier. They now have a laser to “drill” the cavity, so my son didn’t have to get numb! No needles!! It was such a smooth process and they were so calm and gentle with my son who was asking a million questions the whole time! Thank you guys so much!!!

Dr. Garrett and his entire staff are genuinely concerned with giving you the best dental care but also with your complete comfort. I have a complicated mouth and dental history but they have made everything so easy for me. Highly recommend.
